The SpeakOut.com Activism Partnership, signed by the chairmen of both the Republican and Democratic National Committees, will enable both parties to offer a range of interactive tools for their members, all of which feature the ability for citizens and activists to SpeakOut and Be Heard by officeholders, candidates, business leaders and media executives.
